Each month we'll focus on a different aspect or phase of your life. You'll delve into your inner self with a gentle exploration of the patterns in your emotions, thoughts and behaviors, as well as the values that drive you.

We'll also take time to reflect on your entire life. By dedicating time to revisit and reflect on your life’s journey, you’ll gain the kind of insights and clarity that set the stage for meaningful personal growth.

Through these practices, you'll cultivate a profound sense of self-love and gratitude, while nurturing your aspirations for the future.

Session Descriptions
Session 1: "Where Am I Now in My Life?"

In our first session, we set the foundation for self-discovery. You'll be introduced to deep stretches and calming meditation exercises to center your mind and open your heart. Following the meditation, you’ll have time for guided journaling with prompts to help you take stock of your current life situation and see your journey clearly.

Duration: 60 minutes
