Understanding Energy in the Context of Faith

Dear SuHaeng Ja,

I'm a devout Christian. I started practicing Dahn Yoga a few weeks ago to help with some physical pain and to feel more energized. I never expected to be doing meditation and to be healing myself with LifeParticles. Although I do feel the energy, I'm worried that I'm going against my religion. Can you be a Christian and believe in LifeParticles?

Sincerely,
Confused Christian

Dear Confused Christian,

Yes, you can be a Christian and believe in LifeParticles.

LifeParticles are the building blocks of atoms. These sub-atomic particles are everywhere and in everything. They are not good or bad, and there is no religion or dogma associated with them.

LifeParticles are all around us and make up the air we breathe, the food we eat and the person we are. They are the ultimate substance of the universe, because it is the source of creation and the origin of all beings.

When doing LifeParticle meditation, you have a chance to quiet your mind and connect more deeply to yourself and to God. In fact, meditation and prayer are very similar.

For many religious people, LifeParticles are simply another creation of God. Using LifeParticles can actually augment your religious practice.

My Christian friend often incorporates her knowledge of LifeParticles into her regular prayers, sending them to her friends and family who live in another country. Since she has been introduced to LifeParticles she feels more connected to her Christian religion.

By connecting your religion to your LifeParticle practice, you may feel more at peace and even closer to God.
