Magnificent Improvement for Movement
After my wife Fran had a stroke, we have tried many types of therapy, from physical therapy to acupuncture to water therapy. Nothing worked better than magnet mediation. Since she started taking classes at a Dahn Yoga center, she has improved greatly. The most notable difference happened because of magnet meditation--she is starting to use her right hand and arm, and it’s only been a few short weeks! I use the magnets too, on my arthritic fingers and toes.”

Greater Concentration
I have long done meditation training, but, even when meditating, it has been difficult to concentrate when I'm under great stress or my condition has declined. I've found, though, that my concentration definitely increases when I do meditation with magnets. The magnetism is strong, so I concentrate easily and am not bothered by distracting, either. I recommend it to people who want to take some time alone to meditate, even if for moment, in their busy lives.

Powerful Revival
Magnetic Meditation is so powerful that I think it won’t be easy to find a better way to revive a weak energy sense. When I continued to hold magnets in my hands and to touch them, I found that the sensitivity of my hands revived and became stronger. What's more, the strong magnetism causes the energy to enter my wrists, arms, and even my shoulders, as well as my hands. I think it would be very good for improving manual dexterity in elderly people, especially. I plan to give the gift of magnets to my mother, who is in a nursing home, and to teach her how to do Magnetic Meditation, too.

Distress Disappears
I know immediately the condition of my mind and body when I do Magnetic Meditation. Holding a magnet above my body and moving it down across my whole body, as if scanning it, I can tell where fatigued organs or stiff muscles are. I do Magnetic Meditation also when I'm under a lot of stress or feeling bad about something. In front of my chest I hold a magnet in each hand, and, spreading my hands apart when I inhale and moving them together when I exhale, I move the magnets with my breathing. When I do this, I feel the frustration and constriction in my chest dissipating, and my breath sinking to my lower abdomen.

Facilitates Feeling Good
I really want to recommend Magnetic Meditation to people who have trouble with circulation in their bodies. The powerful magnetism of the magnets seems to activate the magnetism flowing in our bodies, facilitating circulation throughout. Because of this, it's a really good tool, especially for healing and massaging the body. I press and massage my head with the magnet when my head hurts, the soles of my feet anytime I'm sitting down, and my chest when I have frustrating, constricted feelings in my chest, which clears up unpleasant feelings.
