Aligning Your Qi
Activate your Qi and align with your breath with this easy yet energetic class inspired by Qigong forms. Body Tapping, gentle yet deep stretches and flowing forms move your energy in the direction of your breath's natural flow for an all over body energizing experience.

Core Energy Yoga

Former military brat and globetrotter, Michelle "Chin Chin" Gavin is a Body & Brain Yoga Center Manager and Instructor who has been working in NYC and Long Island for the past 8.5 yrs. East meets West both in her mind and body practice as well as her ethnic background and upbringing. Michelle grew up on various Air Force bases and also worked both in the US and abroad in the Psych/Social Services Field. Her love for people, her dedication to her practice and her psychology/sociology degree are a winning combination for empowering others to rise to their greatest potential. She has taught classes for Services for the Underserved (SUS)- Brooklyn, Lehman College (SUNY)- Bronx, Personal Enrichment for the Retired (PIER) Program at Hofstra University, Brooklyn Ballet's Next Step Summer Intensive, and corporate wellness classes for Northrop Grumman.

My wife and I enjoyed the yoga exercises Michelle provided. They are based on strength, stretching, faith and a desire to help others.
