I just finished online class today. I taught two simple exercises to relieve pain from neck and shoulders. When you build stress and tension, it eventually goes up to your neck and shoulders. And it can cause more problems with your thyroid in the future if you do not take good care of them. 10 to 15 min of today exercises will definitely benefit you to improve your relaxation.
