The challenging physical fitness training of BE Fit is designed to satisfy active people. The exciting, body weight-based exercises help you strengthen your muscles and lose weight—without a need for expensive, specialized equipment. But, more than just physical training, BE Fit uses Dahnjon (lower abdomen) breathing and Brain Screen training to bring a deeper, more energetic edge to the practice. Active people who want to lose weight or who want to build physical strength, fitness and endurance, are encouraged to sample BE Fit training!Aragorn is the first American to begin instructing Brain Education and Dahn Yoga in the U.S. in 1999 and as a nationally certified Personal Trainer has been developing BE Fit since 2008. From 2000 to the present Aragorn has been the head instructor in centers in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. Aragorn has the unique ability to guide students of all levels, ages and physical conditions with gentleness and humility to achieve great physical fitness, mental clarity and bright energy. He encourages students to appreciate, love and empower their true nature. Currently, Aragorn is living in Los Angeles where he teaches at Westchester/LAX Body & Brain Yoga.
