This Online Class will help participants to stretch, breathe and relax. These simple exercises will stretch and strengthen muscles, rotate joints and create better overall circulation in the body. Once the body is warmed up, it’s time to breathe! Through a short series of easy breathing exercises to connect the mind and body and elicit deep relaxation for both. The class will end with an affirmation meditation to send the practitioner away with a complete feeling of health, happiness and peace from head to toe.

Erin Gruber has been a Dahn Yoga Instructor for over five years. After discovering Dahn Yoga in Las Vegas over six years ago, she began a path of spiritual growth and self-development and has been walking that path ever since. Her path has brought her to Long Island, NY where she is currently teaching Dahn Yoga in the Franklin Square and East Meadow Centers. She has a strong desire to be the change that she wants to see in the world and enjoys working with students who are interested in sparking that desire in themselves as well. She understands that the physical body is the gateway to the mind and spirit and enjoys working together with students to help them make that connection through Dahn Yoga and Brain Education.
