Introduction

Hula dancing is a beautiful movement art for expression and communication. And it's not only for experts! This series of 12 classes makes the ancient Hawaiian art form very accessible and downright doable. And Hula has a lot of healing benefits in common with Qigong. Rhythmic motion works on balancing the body, mind and emotions, besides offering a form of deep communication from the heart and soul.

Course Overview

By combining elements of Qigong and exploring Hula, all energy centers are balanced and strengthened. The best part is that no experience is required. Bring bare feet and a smile to your living room and try it and see. Yes, you can do it! Spend about a half hour each time: warm up with a variety of stretches, practice the steps and meditate to close.
