“thank you for your so clear explanation of the brain structure and giving they insight in the 3 different layers. Since i viewed this video after the actual time, I didn't have a the chat-box. The experience warmed my whole body, sweating hands, the crackeling noise was diminishing gradually as the practice evolved. Afterwards I felt more relaxed and tired as of a big bag felt of my back. At the end I saw a bride orange light. ”
