We have a beautiful heart filled with love, joy, compassion, and gratitude. Many times the difficult currents in our life make our heart closed and we feel anxious, frustrated, and stressed instead.

Meditate with Jiyoung and reconnect to the power and beauty of your spiritual heart through various meditation topics. Body & Brain Meditation uses breathing, energy awareness, and mindfulness to help you bring more calmness, connectedness, and contentment into your life.

Class Outline

In a typical class, you'll experience:

  1. Awakening the Body
    Deep stretches to release tension and slow down brainwaves to a calm and deeply meditative state.
  2. Relaxing into Being
    Breathing, dynamic movements, and energy awareness exercises to shifting from thinking into being.
  3. Opening the Heart Guided meditation to listen to your heart and bring out the innate qualities of love, joy, and compassion of your being.

“I have just done this class even though we are now half way through the year. The deep meditation was wonderful. Jiyoung is an excellent guide. I get a lot out of the warm up and stretching - the technique Jiyoung uses really helps me relax the areas we are working on for a deeper stretch and more flexibility. I really appreciate that her teaching style helps the class move smoothly with brief, clear explanations. This is really good for my focus as I am quite impatient with over explanations, which tend to distract me!”
