Course Overview

DahnMuDo is the combination of three concepts. First, you have Dahn, which means the pure energy or the essence of life moving in your body and keeping it functioning. Next is Mu, which translates into martial and limitless. Finally comes Do or Tao, which is the ultimate truth and reality.

Together, these concepts create a comprehensive system that combines healing and martial arts to allow your life energy, or qi, to flow freely through your body, healing it once you learn how to direct it. The DahnMuDo system has been around for over five thousand years, helping masters in Korea and later across the world control their bodies and boost their mental and spiritual strength and integrity.
