What is Body & Brain? What is this course about?

This course is designed to introduce the basic energy principles and exercises that Body & Brain teaches, and is beneficial for anyone new to or wants to revisit the basics of recovering your innate healing power.

The videos you will experience are led by top Body & Brain trainers from around the country as well as Ilchi Lee, the founder of Body & Brain and ChangeYourEnergy.com.

Body & Brain is a national leader in holistic health and wellness. It encompasses ancient wisdom of East Asian healing and Ilchi Lee’s own philosophies on energy and self-healing. This course will complement and enhance your practice and give you a strong foundation for your healing journey.

Over the next 4 weeks, you will experience hands-on exercises and simple ways to incorporate these transformational principles into your daily life. In the first week, we will introduce Ki energy including the 7 chakras and the dahnjon energy system. In the second week of the course you will learn 3 fundamental Body & Brain energy principles and basic Body & Brain meridian exercises. In the third week you will learn how to awaken your energy senses as well as basic breathing exercises. And in the fourth week of the course, we will bring everything together and introduce The Solar Body Method, a simple and comprehensive self-healing and self-maintenance practice developed by Ilchi Lee and practiced in Body & Brain centers.

The Intro to Energy Orientation Course will help you activate your brain and awareness so that you can truly begin to heal yourself. It will help you sense the energy within your body and activate it in a way that will allow you to connect with your authentic self and manifest your desires into your reality. From the origin of Eastern energy principles, to applying their power in your daily life, this course will guide you step-by-step to becoming your most radiant self.

These videos and exercises can be completed in the comfort of your own home when you’ve got time.
