If you’re suffering from constipation, chances are that your intestinal muscles are tense, which causes them to be sluggish. It’s natural for your gut muscles to become gradually tense, stiff, and inefficient over time after years of constant use. However, the question is: How are you going to release the tension?
There are many modern day factors such as stress, processed food, food allergies, medication, and much more that speed up the process of the intestinal muscles becoming sluggish. With our approach of seeing the gut as the muscles that they are--we can apply massage and exercise to them to help them become stronger, cleaner, and more resilient.
Hosted by mind-body expert, Linda Yoonjin, these free live classes will help you relieve constipation by working the muscles of your gut to engage the natural flow of digestion by strengthening your intestines.
Linda will demonstrate physical exercises, breathing practices, and techniques to accumulate energy in the lower abdomen, which tone the muscles in your gut and helps to digest food efficiently.
Live Class Sessions: We highly encourage you to attend both sessions. Each session will feature different postures, but more importantly, repeated practice of releasing the blockages in the intestinal muscles is key for constipation. We recommend having the Belly Button Healing wand, but it is not required.
