Feeling inspired? Want to share this with others? Host a screening of Change! Showing the Change film at your school, office, organization or home is an enjoyable way to generate momentum for your own Change. Watch the film, open a dialogue, and connect your greatest hopes with the people in your community. If you are hosting a screening, there is a minimal licensing fee as detailed below. This fee includes either one complimentary DVD or Blu-ray Disc.

Are there costs involved in hosting a screening?

Yes. In order to host a screening of Change it is necessary to purchase Public Performance Rights. There are a variety of different licenses available. Each of the fees below grant you single-use public performance rights, rental DVD or Blue-ray, publicity materials for your event and our guided help throughout the planning and execution of your screening. There are many options available for your screening. Please reference below what Licensing Fee package best works for your event:

For a One-Time Screening:

$25 for a screening of up to 50 people
$50 for a screening of 51-100 people
$75 for a screening of 101-200 people
$100 for a screening of 201+ people

For Multiple Screenings:

$50 for 3 screenings of up to 50 people each
$100 for 3 screening of 51-100 people each
$150 for 3 screenings of 101-200 people each
$200 for 3 screenings of 201+ people

Can I buy DVDs at a reduced price to sell at my screening?

Yes! We currently offer wholesale bundles of DVDs and Blu-ray Discs for sale directly from our store. These are available in multiples of 30 or 100 only and the discount structure is as follows:

30% off 30 CHNAGE DVDs
30% off 30 CHANGE Blu-ray Discs
35% off 100 Blu-ray Discs
40% off 100 CHANGE DVDs

How to host a screening?

We recommend following a basic program, which you can modify as you like.

Welcome and introductions (5 min)
Watch the film (50 min)
Talk about it or Special speaker's talk (25 min)

Can we charge an admission fee?

Yes, you certainly can. Whether you charge an admission fee or not is entirely up to you. It is best to define the objective of your event. We suggest that you make the CHANGE film as accessible as possible. If you change the cost of the DVD for admission, you may want to provide the DVD for free at the end of the event. If you don't change admission, than you can sell the DVD to anyone who is interested in watching the film again, or sharing it with others. If you provide light snacks, or rent a venue, you may want to charge enough to cover the expenses. It is completely up to you!

Once I’ve signed up to host a screening, can I change the date or location of my screening?

Sure! If anything about your screening has changed, simply send us an email with the details at screenings@change-film.com. If your screening is public, we will update your screening on our website to reflect the requested changes.
