[My Account and Subscription]

  • 1. How can I reset my password?
      • Forgot your password

        Click the 'Forgot Password' link found on the log-in page OR click here. If you don't get an email to reset your password in your inbox, check your spam/promotion box.

      • Change your password

        Log in to your account and hover over the face icon to visit your profile page. Click the link next to Password to change your password.

  • 2. How can I change the email address associated with my account?
    • Log in to your account and go to your Profile page (hover over the face icon and click on Profile OR click here) and find the link next your email.
  • 3. How can I update my payment information?
    • Log in to your account and hover over the face icon. Select 'Payment Method,' then click on 'Add a Payment Method.' This will then be your primary credit card used for your online purchases.
  • 4. How do I unsubscribe from Change Your Energy emails?
    • You can unsubscribe from the mailings by clicking 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any email you received from us OR by clicking here.
  • 5. How can I cancel my subscription or membership?
    • Your memberships cannot be cancelled online. If you want to cancel, contact us at support@changeyourenergy.com or by calling us at (928-239-4002) and we will take care of your cancellation within 24-48 business hours.
  • 6. How can I get a refund for my membership?
    • Memberships are non-refundable. Please make sure that if you do not want to renew that you contact us before the renewal date as memberships are all set up as auto-recurring payments.

[Videos - Courses, Live Classes]

  • 1. I am having trouble viewing video content.
    • Please be sure you are logged in to your CYE account (on the upper right-hand side of any page). There are a number of factors that can cause the videos to not play correctly. This includes your computer type or device, operating system, browser, and quality of the internet connection. If the problem continues, contact us at support@changeyourenergy.com or call (928-239-4002).
  • 2. I can't access Live Classes with my tablet or cell phone.
    • We generally use Zoom as our platform for Live Classes. If you are trying to join a Live Class, you should be prompted to install Zoom. Once you have installed it on your device you shouldn't have to do it again.
  • 3. I missed the Live Class, will it be available to view later?
    • First, make sure you are logged into your account. Generally, all of our Live Classes are uploaded on the course page within a day or two. Not all can be accessed without a paid membership and you may have to purchase a membership in order to view.
  • 4. I want to watch a Live Class, but I am not a Premium Member.
    • Some of our videos require a Premium membership to view. This is indicated on the course page.
  • 5. I purchased one of the certification courses, how do I access it?
    • Log in to your account. Then go to the 'Courses' tab at the top of the homepage. Click on 'Certification,' find your course, then click 'Stream.'
  • 6. How do I get Certified for a course I purchased?
    • Login to your account. Find your certification course and click on 'Stream.' After you have completed viewing all the courses then you can click on 'Get Certified' and take the online quiz. Once you have completed the quiz, we will review your results. Once your quiz has been approved, you will be notified via email, where you can click on 'Download Your Certificate.'
  • 7. How can I find a course on your website if I don't know which tab to look under?
    • At the top of every page there is a box with a magnifying glass, this is your Search function. Input what you are looking for and/or a keyword and then click on the magnifying glass. It will take you to the search page. You can refine your search by clicking the drop-down arrow and change to 'Courses.' From there you can find the course you are looking for, but if not, contact us and we can help guide you there.

[Shop Orders]

  • 1. How do I return or exchange an item I purchased in the online shop?
    • Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase. Products should be in new, unused condition, free of damages, and in the original packaging. Email support@changeyourenergy.com with your Order Number and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item.

      Returns can be mailed to our warehouse at:

      It is best to contact us before then to be assured we will accept the return.
  • 2. I tried to place an order, but it did not go through.
    • Often the cause of incomplete orders is that the payment information associated with your account is not up-to-date. This is commonly due to an expired credit card. You can update your payment information by clicking here and then try to place the order again.
  • 3. I need to change or cancel an order I placed in the online shop.
    • In the event you need to change or cancel your order you will need to call (928-239-4002 from Monday-Friday 9am-6pm MST) or contact support@changeyourenergy.com for assistance as soon as possible and we will be happy to make necessary changes or cancellations.
  • 4. I would like to place an international order, but my country is not listed when I try to place an order.
    • If you cannot find your country in the drop-down menu, please contact us by phone (928-239-4002) or email us at support@changeyourenergy.com to add your country. We do ship to most countries.
  • 5. What if I don’t want to put my credit card on your website, how can I order?
    • You can call our office at 928-239-4002 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.


  • 1. How can I contribute an article/blog for publication on your website?
    • To submit an article for review please read the criteria here first. Once you have reviewed and feel that you have an article suitable for our audience you may submit it by emailing support@changeyourenergy.com.
  • 2. Do you pay for guest posts?
    • If you would like to submit an article or blog for publication please know that we do not accept money NOR do we pay for these articles/blogs.
