Stress is energy, and when felt in the body, there is a gap between the mind and the physical body. By being present and observant of the waves of emotions flowing through you at any given time, you can more easily determine the source of the stress and where it is physically located within you.
Through this course, you will learn simple exercises to reinvigorate your inner power. Alexander will guide you through bite-sized sessions that can be done anywhere when you feel like you could use an energy calibration.
These exercises are designed to help you connect with your innate inner healing power and remind you of your true potential to control and direct your energy.
