Introduction

"Love heals." This statement may seem intuitively true, but how often have you experienced this truth for yourself?

Love Heals Practice Guide, a book by Ilchi Lee and Ilchibuko Todd, shows you how to do it, and that many people have already done it. With Ilchibuko's guidance in retreats and workshops, they have used the principles and practices in Ilchi Lee's Brain Education system to transform their relationship to pain and themselves. They learned how to observe themselves, form a deeper connection, and manage their energy.

Now, we can do it, too. In this live class series, we will introduce the core LOVE HEALS concepts from the book (and the LOVE HEALS film), then practice some of the exercises.

 

Class Schedule

First Session (August): Awaken Your Body
Retaining your ability to feel, connect with, and communicate with your body will guide you in understanding what you need to do to facilitate your healing. We'll use simple exercises to reconnect with our bodies' senses, train our minds to focus on our physical sensations, and stay in the present moment.


Second Session (September): Open Your Heart
Feeling, accepting, and releasing emotion and pain leads to a profound sense of freedom, self-love, and confidence. It uncovers the limitless love in our hearts and lays the foundation for true emotional well-being, as well as a more authentic connections to ourselves.


Third Session (October): Illuminate Your Brain
Your brain is a link to the powerful, natural forces that keep things in balance amid constant change. It opens the door to unlimited creative possibilities and divinity in the universe. By embracing these aspects of your brain, you can unlock the true light within yourself and reach your full potential. We'll use vibration exercises, self-reflection, and energy meditation to exercise and strengthen those parts of your brain.
