Now, it's your turn to learn how you can take your life from good to fantastic!
Break through with Brain Education
The brain does more than help you to put one foot in front of the other. Your brain is a powerhouse of your potential and activities. When you've mastered how to operate it, you can make anything manifest.
So how does one go about mastering their brain and harnessing their full brain potential? Brain Education!
Brain Education is a modern version of traditional Eastern mind and body training integrated with neuroscientific findings. Although 5 Steps of Brain Education is deeply experiential, all five steps— Brain Sensitizing, Versatilizing, Refreshing, Integrating and Mastering—use brain-based learning to increase one's brain potential and overall well being.
Brain Education involves physical, emotional and cognitive exercises. It uses postures, breathing techniques, guided imagery and games to improve sensory awareness, motor control, balance, emotional regulation, attention, imagination and creativity.
BE has been taught in over 1,200 schools in United states as well as over 15 countries; UK, Canada, Korea, Japan, Russia, Germany, China, Ireland, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Philippines, India and Indonesia.
