Introduction

Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi classes take you through dynamic movement, deep stretching, breathing postures, and energy meditations that combine movement with breathing and mindfulness. Now, you can enjoy weekly live classes offered by Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi instructors. Four times a week, be seen an guided by experts in gut exercises, qigong, meridian stretching, and emotional release.

Tuesdays, 7 am PT / 10 am ET – Body & Brain Yoga with Amy
Wednesdays, 4 pm PT / 7 pm ET – Qigong Fundamentals with David
Fridays, 7 am PT / 10 am ET – Yoga for Emotional Release with Yoosoo

Meet your instructor(s)

Brian Huff

Brian is the Regional Manager for Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi in Georgia. He has over 15 years of experience as a Yoga and Qigong master and Brain Education © (mindfulness) instructor and coach. In the local community, Brian delivers wellness and stress reduction workshops to corporations, schools, and at health-oriented events. Brian is passionate about health and wellness and has devoted his life to helping others lead healthy, happy and peaceful lives.

Danielle Gaudette

Danielle Gaudette (Johwatong) was voted Seattle’s “Yoga Teacher of the Year” in 2015 and has taught at Body & Brain Yoga for over 13 years. She brings a huge heart and plenty of personal experience to the table to help you heal from a place of authenticity and gentleness.

Amy Long

Amy is a Body & Brain instructor in Rockville Centre, New York. A graduate of Harvard University, Amy is a skilled communicator and guide who's interested in helping students find strength, balance, and peace inside themselves. She has over 10 years of experience teaching Brain Education through Body & Brain.

David Driscoll

David Driscoll first began practicing Body & Brain Yoga ten years ago in Chicago. For the past eight years he has worked as a certified Body and brain Yoga Instructor primarily in the Boston area. In addition to lessons on breathing and meditative visualizations, working up to handstands is a distinctive characteristic of David's instructions.

Yoosoo Shin

Yoosoo Shin has been a Body & Brain instructor and guide for others for more than 25 years. She is proficient in Brain Education, qigong, and meditation, and offers workshops, wellness coaching, and chakra reading services. Her greatest mission is to deepen the link between body, mind, and spirit, and create life-changing shifts for those who she works with.
