Introduction

 

Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi classes take you through dynamic movement, deep stretching, breathing postures, and energy meditations that combine movement with breathing and mindfulness. Now, you can enjoy weekly live classes offered by Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi instructors. Four times a week, be seen an guided by experts in gut exercises, qigong, meridian stretching, and emotional release.

Body & Brain Energy Exercise classes will only be streamed live. There will be NO recordings available.

 

 

Weekly Schedule

 

  1. Mondays, 7 am PT / 10 am ET – Core Conditioning with Brian
  2. Tuesdays, 7 am PT / 10 am ET – Body & Brain Yoga with Amy
  3. Wednesdays, 4 pm PT / 7 pm ET – Qigong Fundamentals with David
  4. Fridays, 7 am PT / 10 am ET – Yoga for Emotional Release with Yoosoo
