Living to 120 years is impossible without taking good care of your body. It’s not a given that your body will become sick as you age. Nor is it a given that you will be healthy. It’s up to you to determine how healthy you’ll be in the second half of your life.

In Episode 5 of “Ilchi 120 School,” I share ways of growing and maintaining your physical power throughout your life. With proper maintenance and growth of your physical power, you can live your later years with passion and vitality and have the strength to do everything you want to.

You don’t need to spend hours at the gym or practice martial arts if you want to build physical power. You also don’t need special equipment or clothing. You can use your own body to train itself throughout the day and create the movements that your body really needs. Just keep moving.

I wish for this episode to give you confidence that you can grow your physical power regardless of its current level.
