Change Podcast is the best spirituality podcast that takes real existential problems we face in the modern world and applies spiritual wisdoms as answers to resolve them. Linda Yoonjin, our resident energy expert, takes spirituality and other esoteric ideas of human life and spins them to be completely relatable in the modern age.

The goal is to realize that embarking on a journey of true spirituality, health, or peace with yourself doesn’t require retreating into a remote mountain temple and becoming a monk. You don’t need weird, outdated beliefs or techniques to get you on that sort of path—it’s completely possible to adopt timeless spiritual wisdom into your life and still enjoy a few drinks at the bar or go out with friends. The modern version of these spiritual views are actually fairly simple and easily relatable to your life. Linda will be discussing about how to merge the two worlds while also diving deeper into each topic at hand.

Subjects can include loneliness motivation, enlightenment values, living a spiritual life, how to ask for help when you need it, and so much more—all in a conversational, personal and easy-to-digest format. This is an open conversation setting for the entire community to get involved with. Special guest speakers will sometimes make an appearance, and other times Linda will fly solo with the mic. No matter the scenario, she’s coming with a brand new and insightful episode every single week for you to listen to or watch at home.
