will host the first episode of "Basic Meridian Exercises for Self Healing," a special live class event.
The 12 meridians are the primary channels by which energy circulates throughout the body. In the introductory episode, participants will get a live, interactive understanding of what meridian channels are and how they work.
By learning how to affect the accumulation and flow of their own energy, participants can begin to improve their physical, emotional and overall health.
In his book "Meridian Exercises
," Ilchi Lee explains that meridian exercise is a technique developed and perfected over the course of thousands of years consisting of stretching, rotation, postures, acupressure and vibration.
Throughout this 13-episode series, instructor ChungSuk will lead students through an exploration of the 12 main energy meridians and the exercises that can be used to keep them healthy.
ChungSuk brings with him over 26 years of experience as an energy healer, teaching practices such as Dahn mu Do, Qigong, Dahn Yoga and more. He has worked with companies, including Samsung and Hyundai, boosting worker happiness and productivity.
