Introduction

 

Brain Education is a comprehensive system of mind-body training for developing the brain’s capacity to create physical, emotional, and mental health. Created in South Korea by Ilchi Lee, it involves five steps to activating and rewiring your brain to feel happy, healthy, and peaceful without relying on others.

In this 7-week webinar series, learn the basics of Brain Education, including each of the five steps and how to practice and master them. By the end of the series, you will get an overall idea of Brain Education—its teachings, methods, and activism worldwide—as well as how to practice a Brain Education lifestyle.

Time: Fridays at 11am - 12pm Pacific / 2 - 3pm Eastern.

Hi Linda, wow these were all very fun and engaging brain exercises! I deeply believe in this step for 'taking back our' brain because I can see in myself and the world at large how we limit ourselves when we could be stretching and expanding our life experiences for more joy, creativity, and wellbeing! 

Tap and Sweep was challenging! I could do it if I went very slow, but speeding up I got very mixed up. Same with Pinky and Thumb. Circle and Square exercise made me feel so wonky! The easiest one for me was the shoulder rotation. Music drawing was fun and i'd like to practice that one more often. Lastly, the Brain Massage was very relaxing and I could feel my body guiding me to particular areas of my brain that needed attention. For me, it was the back of my brain. Thank you, Linda!
