In a typical class, you may experience:
Awakening the Body
Experience stretching and rhythmic vibration exercises to release tension and open up the meridians and blood vessels to circulate energy throughout the body. Create space in the muscles and organs to receive oxygen for rejuvenation and healing.
Relaxing into Being
Breathing, dynamic movements, and energy meditation to shift from thinking into being and quiet the mind.
Use the power of the human voice, as well as other instruments, to open and balance your chakras and let the energy in your body flow smoothly. Specific sounds activate the senses and lower stressed brainwaves to a very calm and meditative state.
Use breath and other techniques to gather energy in your body to experience deep relaxation, while maintaining enhanced focus and mindfulness.

Guided meditation to listen to your heart and bring out the innate qualities of love, joy, and compassion of your being.
