Spring in Your Step
Along with Swaying Bamboo, this is one of two basic grounding postures for preparation for deeper postures. Stimulate the acupressure points on the soles of your feet to increase your vitality and strengthen your immune system.

Swaying Bamboo Qigong
Relax your body and prepare for deeper postures with this basic, clearing movement. Recommended at the beginning of any session. Swaying Bamboo is an excellent posture for maintaining balance.

Flexibility in Joints
Joint flexibility is key to an effective, enjoyable movement practice. With these exercises, you can loosen your joints so your body can naturally and organically align itself.

Horse Riding Stance
Use Qigong Basic Posture II and Horse Riding Stance to open the Conception meridian, the major channel that runs through your chest, where the heart of your confidence resides.

The Basics of Qi Circulation
Our bodies are continuously running circuits, but they are usually below our awareness. Learn how to tune in to your body's own electricity and energy system for stronger Qi.

Opening the Heart Chakra
The heart is our emotional center. When strong emotions, whether joy or sadness, become stuck we can use these energy exercises to open and release the heart center, resuming the healthy flow of Qi.

“why are they only showing the upper body of the presenter? It is a video about walking!! It would help clarify things if you could see his legs/feet while he is giving the instruction.”
