What are Chakras?

Chakras are energy centers located vertically from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Everyone has 7 chakras in their bodies. In Sanskrit, chakra translates to “spinning wheel,” which refers to the 7 spinning wheels of energy that make up the internal chakra system. Depending on your physical and emotional condition, you can assess which chakras are blocked or depleted and replenish them accordingly. Everyone has different needs and strengths in terms of chakras, and they can be recharged through sound healing.
