Hi Terry. This belly button healing wand is used for natural healing. If you use it with care and respect your condition as you begin the process, it should not cause any harm or danger to your body. Start slow and feel your body. I recommend you get the belly button kit since it includes a very informative book and an online course that explains it more in depth.
