People, not being man-made, are natural, i.e., a part of nature. Being around things that are also natural make us feel good—more relaxed and happy. Stargazing, bringing plants and pets into our home, and taking walks in the park are all common ways we release stress and refresh our spirits. In fact, it’s even been found that simple natural scenes painted on a hospital wall can help patients experience less pain and heal faster.

Have you ever stopped to think why this phenomenon we take for granted really exists?

From the perspective of energy principles, there’s a difference in the energy signature or vibration between things that are created by people and things that come from nature. The pure, creative energy from the source of all energy and life is found in all natural entities. Animals, water, insects and even the elements such as air and water all have their own vibrational pattern.

Being in tune with the vibrations of nature helps our body and mind’s natural healing ability work at its best, however. When we are connected to nature, we can feel centered, confident, and clear.

Our vibrations resonate with whatever we are thinking about and focusing on. So by zeroing in on the elements of nature around us, it’s easy to change our energy to that which is natural, healthy, and creative—that from the source.

This kind of nature meditation, whether visual, auditory, olfactory, or tactile, is a simple way to natural health. By keeping that natural feeling and vibration with us as we imagine, plan, and act in our life, we can spread healing vibrations throughout our life and the world.
