Aries (March 21–April 19)
The headstrong ram likes a challenge, but there are two ways they can approach their relaxation time. First is through intense physical activity, as it can release their controlling and competitive nature. Something
as simple as a walk will do, but they can also try a unique exercise class and change up their routine.
They can also go the opposite way and do something mellow, like
deep cleaning their home. This can help regain their sense of purpose all while organizing their space in preparation for a challenging, new day.
Taurus (April 20–May 20)
Relaxation for the bull means any activity that will allow them to tap into their senses and reconnect with their grounded space. Fortunately, they know self-care better than other signs, and they like to spend their relaxation time alone.
Staying at home, a place where it’s comfortable and peaceful is their best bet. Spending time or cuddling with the nurturer that is Cancer is a surefire way to assure that they are relaxed and anxiety-free. Cancers find comfort in their loved ones and inner circle when they are stressed. However, it’s also essential for them to have their me-time and reflect.
Alone time can be spent on the beach or a bathtub, jogging at the park, reading, or furnishing their home. Any soothing activity will ease their moodiness or irritability.
Leo (July 23–August 22)
Attention-loving Leos are cool and confident under the spotlight, but that doesn’t mean that nothing gets under their skin. Their protective personality needs fun, happy-go-lucky entertainment like parties with lots of singing and dancing or comedy shows.
However, relaxation should also include talking about what’s bothering the naturally ferocious and cheery lion.
