The practical, yet profound structure and unique emphasis on energy drew Amy to Dahn Yoga seven years ago. For the past six years, she has expressed her passion for working closely with individuals to help them heal, as an instructor in Denver, Colo.
Through her Power Breathing and Yoga technique, Amy encourages students to recognize their current strengths and weaknesses in the context of energy.
Her training combines Dahn Yoga techniques with traditional yoga poses, powerful breathing techniques, deep stretching and meditation. In addition to building strength and increasing flexibility, Power Breathing and Yoga helps alleviate muscle pain and tension, while awakening students' intuition and energy-sensing abilities.
