Raise the Temperature on Your Bodys Healing Ability by Finding Yourself

As the modern world has become more specialized and compartmentalized, individuals have grown to rely on experts for all the necessities of life—from food to housing to clothing and even to our own health. In the process, however, we’ve lost trust in ourselves. We’ve lost touch with the innate wisdom of our bodies and the magnificence of our spirit.

All life forms have a natural ability to heal and regenerate. That ability works best when we are in touch with our own nature and with the nature of the earth. It is amplified by a connection to the whole. Animals and plants are always connected, but humans cut ourselves off when we rely solely on systems and experts outside of ourselves and don’t recognize our wisdom and healing ability. By bringing our focus within, we can regain an awareness of our natural healthy rhythm and an ability to control ourselves and make healthy choices for our lives/life.

Losing touch with ourselves does not only affect our personal lives. It influences society and the entire globe. As we grow more distant from ourselves, our personal relationships become devastated, and the natural environment becomes severely destroyed. Nature and humans are not two separate things. If nature becomes diseased, humans become diseased, and if humans become diseased, nature becomes diseased. What’s causing such destruction of the natural environment is the weakening of our natural healing power and our ability to exercise self-control.

The key to recovering natural healing power is focusing on the temperature of your body and feeling the temperature. Ordinarily, people aren’t conscious of their own body temperature. Feeling your body temperature means that your consciousness is focused on your body. When your awareness is focused on your body, your thoughts and emotions become still and the switch for your natural healing power is turned on.

Not only is there a temperature for your body, there is a temperature of the energy and a temperature of the mind as well. Energetic temperature is connected to emotions, and the temperature of the mind is related deeply to your soul. If you’re stuck in unhealthy emotions such as worry, anxiety, anger, and sadness, the temperature of your energy drops. If you become distant from your soul and your communication with yourself is not fluid, the temperature of your mind falls.

If you manage your emotions effectively, on the other hand, then the temperature of your energy will go up, and if you manage your soul well, the temperature of your mind will rise, and you’ll be able to sustain the temperature of passion. When you reach the optimum temperature for your body and mind, you are able to receive the energy of the universe, or what I think of as “solar” energy. Solar energy is not just the light from the sun, but also the unseen energy that flows through all life.

The temperature of your energy and temperature of your mind determine the temperature of your body. When the temperature of your energy and temperature of your mind are high, the temperature of your body is also in a healthy state, hovering near the upper end of the healthy body temperature range of 97.7 to 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit (36.5 to 37.5 degrees Celsius). In contrast, when the temperature of your energy and temperature of your mind go down, the temperature of your body also goes beyond the normal spectrum. Because of this interconnection, we can keep the temperature of our energy and mind healthy by maintaining a healthy temperature in our body, which is easier for us to manipulate through exercise.

Maintaining the temperature of your body between 36.5°C and 37.5°C—this is what determines our health, happiness, and peace. That’s why I use the expression “one degree of health, one degree of happiness, one degree of enlightenment.”

Make a Solar Body

I call a body that has recovered its natural healing ability by focusing on the temperature of the body and maintaining a healthy temperature a “Solar Body.” When you achieve a solar body, just as the sun radiates light on its own, you adopt an attitude toward life that enables you to create health, happiness, and peace on your own.

To create a solar body, I put together the Solar Body Method. This essential exercise method includes practicing Plate Balancing Exercise, Toe Tapping, and Brain Wave Vibration while feeling the temperature of the body. Practicing these exercises for just ten minutes each every day will bring your focus back inside yourself and raise the temperature of your body, energy, and mind.

Plate Balacing Exercise strengthens the muscles and joints and aids the blood and energy circulation of the whole body. Furthermore, it strengthens the energy center in the lower belly, develops the sense of balance, and enhances concentration.

Toe Tapping strengthens the lower body, and directs tension and stress-induced excess energy in the head area down into the lower part of the body, thus energizing blood and energy circulation throughout the whole body.

Brain Wave Vibration releases tension from the neck muscles, improving blood flow to the brain, raising the temperature of the lower abdomen, and creating the balanced state of ideal temperature, in which the head is cool and the lower belly is warm.

Once the body has been sufficiently relaxed through such exercises, if you close your eyes and focus and feel the temperature of the body, your natural healing ability will be restored and, through that power, various symptoms become improved and healed naturally.

When your natural healing power is recovered, your communication with yourself deepens, you develop self-confidence, and your power to observe and choose grows. As a result, you become able to create positive change in every aspect of your life, from interpersonal relationships to self-development.
