Sing As If Speaking, Dance As If Walking

Sing As If Speaking Dance As If Walking
Greetings members of ChangeYourEnergy.com. I'm Ilchi Lee. I've begun this new blog series to help you incorporate your inner true self into your daily outer life. With simple practices, you can shine your inner light as brightly as the sun and develop your power, passion, and vitality naturally.

First, let me ask you, do you enjoy spending time with yourself?

Do you pick up your smartphone, look for people to chat with, or go to the TV or Internet because time alone is lonely, strange, or difficult? You can be a wonderful friend to yourself, incomparably better than any person or any machine.

Here is a suggestion for enjoying spending time with yourself: Sing and dance for 30 minutes every day. Try to sing as if speaking and to dance as if walking.

Enjoy being immersed in yourself, regardless of what other people think. The time you enjoy spending with yourself is time for changing your energy and for accumulating energy. You can encounter your soul as you sing and dance.

That will be the greatest time of blessing you give yourself. Train that way every day for a while, and you will develop confidence, creativity, and perseverance, and you will also develop self-expression. You'll see what you need as the leader of your own life, and you'll develop a sense for it.

Developing a sense for it means you'll be able to see more, do more, and awaken more people. Do you want to become enlightened?

Try to spend 30 minutes every day, then, really immersed in yourself, singing and dancing. Tweet like a bird, sing as your heart tells you to sing, and try to find your own, unique sound.

As you imagine your dream and vision being realized, try to express it with your whole body. If you do this every day for a while, your senses will open and develop. Then you can find character, and you can find naturalness.

If you're natural, you have no loneliness, no fear, and no sadness. That is the world of nature, and the world of character.

Let me know what you think and feel about this message in the comments below. Also share how you change and grow during the practice period you've set for yourself, whether three days, seven days, or 21 days.

Through ChangeYourEnergy.com, I'm here to witness your growth and help you.

I send you great love and support for your growth.

The problem is that we do not honor a Creator. We idolize everything else other then a Creator who can show you how to overcome death. We are not meant to die, but we die each time we don't finish up our life here on Planet Earth.

Loneliness tells me you to do not have a relationship with the Creator for when you know God, you are never alone.

Hello, when did your loneliness start? Have you had it your whole life or was there a certain point where you really started feeling it?

I love this! As a dancer I see and feel the joy that dancing brings to all of us!  Every culture dances and sings, but our modern world has lost touch with this. Good to start bringing it back!

Thank you, Ilchi Lee. Singing and dancing have been solo practices of mine that are freeing and invigorating once I still the voice inside that asks--"Is anyone watching?" The reply is--"I hope so!" Roger yourreluctantdisciple.com

That sounds like a great idea. I always feel as if I need to sing more, but I always forget about it when I am busy. I'll take some times and sing in my car. Thanks!

It is so easy to forget in day to day life how having fun can be so beneficial.  We seem to have lost the knack!  I love to sing and dance for no reason and without design to simply enjoy how it feels.  Thank you for your inspiring thoughts.
