Introduction

Anxiety is one of the most prevalent forms of mental illnesses in the U.S., affecting about 1 in every 5 Americans (Anxiety and Depression Association of America). The truth is, most people have triggers that cause some form of anxiety without even realizing it.


Anxiety is more widespread than we acknowledge but discussing it as a serious topic is sometimes thrown out the window and even considered taboo. Suppressing the symptoms makes the feeling worse and prevents you from the warm, free life you were meant to live.


Take part in our class on Understanding Anxiety with Danielle Gaudette to traverse the complexities of anxiety and learn how to conquer it. Danielle’s 15+ years as an emotional release expert and Body & Brain Yoga instructor give her a unique experience teaching the physical and emotional components of anxiety. She will guide you through pinpointing the sources of anxiety, how it could be manifesting in your life, and what you can do to free yourself from it.
