New to CYE’s ever-expanding digital library is, Tune In to Heal: Symptom-Based Meridian Exercises for Self-Healing. This online course series is inspired by CYE's popular book Meridian Exercise for Self-Healing by Ilchi Lee.

Meridians are energy channels within the body that circulate Qi, the vital energy that is the true essence of every creation in the cosmos. Qi is the bridge linking body and mind; it is the essential medium of life, moving and flowing freely.

Symptoms often appear when there is a blockage in one of these pathways. Once this energy is released, Qi is free to flow through the body, improving overall health and wellness.

Every few weeks, we will be releasing a specific symptom, which will consist of simple and effective exercises to both help heal and prevent related ailments.

The first topic of the series is Lower Back Pain, one of the most common ailments among adults. It consists of 11 videos and 10 different exercises designed to get energy flowing and support a strong and healthy back. 

The Tune In to Heal series is lead by energy master and multi-generational acupuncturist, Banya Lim, L.Ac. She has decades of experience in helping people activate their innate healing power and improve their lives.
